About Cove Wins
Cove Wins designs and sells everyday shoes, bags and small leather goods for Singapore. Our range is deliberately small — a handful of styles, restocked weekly — with stock held locally so orders ship within one to two working days.

Product descriptions and measurements are provided in good faith. Colour may vary slightly between production runs and screens.

Sizing
Our shoes run true to EU sizing. If you are between sizes, take the larger one — mules and loafers are cut slightly narrow at the toe. Free size exchanges within 30 days.

We ship to all residential and office addresses in Singapore. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked the same day.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed once your parcel is collected. If it has not arrived within three working days, email us and we will trace it.
Returns & exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, with soles unmarked
- Original box and dust bag included
- Proof of purchase (order number) provided
How to start
Email [email protected] with your order number. We send a prepaid return label; drop the parcel at any SingPost or book a pickup.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection. Original delivery fees are refunded only when the return is due to a fault or our error.
Privacy policy
We collect only what is needed to process, deliver and support your order.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, phone, delivery address, email
- Order details: items, sizes, amounts, delivery preferences
- Technical data: browser type, pages viewed, approximate region
How we use it
- To fulfil orders and handle returns and exchanges
- To send order updates; marketing only with your consent
- To measure site performance and improve our range
Sharing
Delivery details are shared with our courier and payment data with our payment processor. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are kept as required by Singapore accounting rules. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Terms of sale
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. If an item is mispriced or out of stock, we will contact you before charging.
Payment
PayNow, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Payment is captured at the time of order.
Availability
Stock changes daily. If an item sells out after your order, we offer a full refund or a comparable alternative.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
